Summary:
Client was losing market share to nimble telehealth startups and felt that their digital touchpoints were not competitive. Their mobile app was struggling to attract and retain users two years since its launch.

Our research initially aimed at the evaluation and improvement of the existing app. Subsequently, over the course of the 4 month project, the research became generative and focused on understanding underlying patient needs. Our findings resulted in the creation of user segments based on behaviours, a list of features based on patient needs, which was prioritized to form a high-level feature development roadmap for the app.
