After travel restrictions posed by the pandemic, the Singapore Zoo realized it had an opportunity to grow its domestic customer base. Our foundational research aimed at understanding the customer journey and needs of young working adults as a customer segment. On the basis of this research, we shared several insights and opportunity areas for subsequent ideation on new services which might appeal to this group.
