Client wanted to inspire ground-up initiatives to improve mental health care and awareness in Singapore, beyond medical intervention. They had already conducted 30 in-depth interviews with young people with mental health conditions.
 
Our research was aimed at sense-making these 30 interviews to formulate insights on the journey a young person faces when they discover that they have a mental health condition. We created a deck to illustrate this journey to stakeholders as well as interested citizens, to inform the design of future initiatives.
