CONFUSION: Users did not realize that the small "back" arrow on the left of the blue top banner was a shortcut which allowed them to return to the home page quickly. Most users relied on their phone's hardware back button, which only allowed them to go back one screen at a time, and only discovered the functionality of this arrow after repeated prompting.
